Hi, I’m Emily.

I’m a small town girl, who grew up on a farm in Kentucky, moved to the big city and put down roots in sweet home Alabama.

Throughout my life, I’ve typically been the one behind the scenes promoting other people’s ideas, viewpoints or businesses. Healthy, Wealthy & Wise is the first time I’ve told my own story.

My journey has been a wild ride full of ups, downs, triumphs and trials. Through it all, I’ve been blessed to get to know myself more deeply through each season of life and I’ve taken the lessons I’ve learned to evolve into the woman I am today.

My desire for Healthy, Wealthy & Wise is to practice gratitude through the words I write and inspire others to enjoy their adventure through this thing called life.
